in combination with linking to the retirement process. Retirement includes a last release with 
"RETIRED" addition and updating readme etc, while just "deprecating without 
releasing further versions" does not. I hope it's the first one, following the retirement 
process to show clear on GH and Maven central that those plugins are retired.
