True, mvnd release did not use ATR, I did it manually for some unrelated reasons (ATR did not let me pass due some validation issues). But again, AFAIR, voting -1 always required an explanation "why". And I personally was not satisfied with what you provided, I deemed that completely unrelated. I will leave this to others to discuss. I am sorry I left out your -1 from the vote tally, but again, your explanation was not satisfactory to me (not the truth-value of it, but the relevance of it).
