I uploaded the source release now to maven/reporting and fixed the download 
pages for all 3 affected modules:

1.) https://github.com/apache/maven-reporting-exec/pull/150 (already merged)
2.) https://github.com/apache/maven-reporting-api/pull/75
3.) https://github.com/apache/maven-reporting-impl/pull/233

In addition I also patched the site for release 2.0.1 so that the links in 
https://maven.apache.org/shared/maven-reporting-exec/download.cgi are now 
pointing to the correct path.
