Hi.
I am seeing GitHub action builds spending minutes in failed attempts to
download something. Each line like this takes a minute or more:
[WARNING] Error while getting external avatar url for: [email protected], use
default image: java.net.ConnectException:Connection timed out
Is there a way to avoid this?
