old way, as far as I can see on the timeline.
Yes, I mean maven-compiler-plugin 4.0.0-beta and maven-jar-plugin in its
`feat/from-archiver-to-jar-tool` branch. Work is needed in Surefire too,
currently at the discussion stage.
