Hi, The vote has passed with the following result:
+1: Karl Heinz Marbaise*, Hervé Boutemy*, Sławomir Jaranowski*, Sylwester Lachiewicz* -1: Elliotte Rusty Harold * binding PMC quorum: reached Elliotte's -1 was about the site, not the release artifacts: "DOAP in Use" and the FAQ linked to doapstore.org which now hosts malware. The staged site was rebuilt from the 3.0.0-M2 tag with #194, which removes that link and the other dead catalogue links, and that is the site I will publish. The published 3.0.0-M1 site still carries the link, so publishing replaces it. I will promote the source release zip file to the Apache distribution area and the artifacts to the central repo.
