Does anyone have contact at sonatype to report this https://github.com/mavenplugins/central-publishing-maven-plugin/issues/79 issue? While there is a PR on the fork, I'm not sure its wise at this point to jump official ship. The issue is getting a lot of attention as generally not possible to publish with maven 3.10.0. I am pretty sure this affects maven 4 as well.
