Yep. I am a cocoon committer. The jar is in Cocoon, but ii is an external jar we use. I think it is not a good idea to include it as part of Cocoon. It is not our jar. We are not including a lot of other jars used by Cocoon there. Please correct me if I am wrong. I think if we start to include all the other jars we use, then there will be ant, a lot of commons jars and I think it is worthless. The concurrent 1.3.4 comes from: http://gee.cs.oswego.edu/dl/classes/EDU/oswego/cs/dl/util/concurrent/intro.html I pointed to the already compied file in Cocoon to save maven developers time in compiling it, etc. This file is used in some Apache projects. For example in Apache JCS. So this is why I posted the requet to include it. If I can do this, please point me to a link or tell me how I can help to improve the maven repository.
