Added groupId='tanukisoft' and artifactId='wrapper' as suggested.
Strange if the jar is still corrupt. It is generated with the command "jar cvf
wrapper-3.1.0-bundle.jar LICENSE.txt project.xml wrapper-3.1.0.jar". Src files can be
seen under http://www.codehaus.org/~sjoberg/wrapper-3.1.0/src/.

would have liked it removed.
