when you say "1.1-dev", where do you get it from? Built yourself?
I'd prefer to wait for 1.1 to be released. In any case, this will not be done for
Maven 1.0.

Description:
Some XDoclet tasks run much faster with maven if you use commons-logging-1.1-dev.jar
instead of commons-logging-1.0.3.jar in maven/project.xml and
maven/src/bin/forehead.conf
It would be nice to upgrade version of commons-logging in maven since it seems that
new version doesn't break anything.
