instead of these two new parameters:

maven.proxy.loginDomain =myMachineDomain
cvsgrab2.1 only needs one parameter:
proxyNTDomain, so we might look at how it implements this and use this one parameter
instead:
maven.proxy.NTDomain

Some users reside inside a proxy firewall where NTLM authentication is used. Current
