Some projects, e.g. Maven, use NSIS but don't use dist to create the contents.
I'm happy for this to be a user driven thing rather than the NSIS plugin forcing you
to run dist

Run the goal clean, then the goal nsis: it won't work because you first need to run
dist.
Maybe nsis could depend on the dist goal?
