Description:
I was wondering to keep things simple an addition of
<maven:setlocal>
<maven:endlocal>
tags that work like Win32 batch in the sense that all changes done after setlocal are
undone when endlocal is called.
Or
<maven:local>
</maven:local>
Also when specifying multiple goals on the command line such as
maven clean cactus:test
it would have an implied maven:local between each of them.
