Description:
This patch allows maven-cruisecontrol-plugin users to set more cruisecontrol 
properties. So, the generated cruisecontrol.xml becomes more configurable.
New properties are:
- You can choose 2 types of schedule (interval or time)
- You can specify encoding type for logs files
- You can enable/disable merge
- You can specify the merge directory
- You can choose when cruisecontrol will send mail
- You can enable/disable the email sending to cvs users
