Hi!

I've been working on maven-izing the DocCheck doclet found at:
    http://java.sun.com/j2se/javadoc/doccheck/

In order to compile the source, I needed Javadoc API 1.4, which was not
in the repository.
    cf. http://nagoya.apache.org/eyebrowse/[EMAIL PROTECTED]&msgNo=15058

Now, I talked to the Sun people about putting 1.4 up in ibiblio, but
they said that it's probably not allowed.

I also found a posting about the 1.3 jar with no reply:
    http://nagoya.apache.org/eyebrowse/[EMAIL PROTECTED]&msgId=802435

I'll be working on compiling the code in another thread, but here I
would like to ask another question. (Not that I talked to their lawyers...)

Shouldn't license issues be checked before things are uploaded to
ibiblio? (I mean, the last thing we'd want to do is put an archive
licensed to SCO up there without permission. :)

Best regards,
