Description:
I would suggest that the "repository upload" page[1] should be linked directly from
the "Reference" part in the navigation.
I would also suggest that all the repositories rsynced to ibiblio directly should be
listen on the page and that it's not the responsibility of the maven developers to
upload those artifacts but rather the synced projects responsibility.
