I decided it would be better to poke the stax dev list and try and get them to stick
it in their codehaus dist dir to be sync'd with ibiblio. I'm awaiting a response.

I am wondering if it possible (and by possible I mean legal) to put the stax jars on
ibiblio. Both are available on this page with no click-through license:

If so, do these need to be bundled somehow? What is the procedure for non-maven
distros?
