Environment: Microsoft 2000, Firefox Browser v1.0PR 

Description:
I noticed that the new percentage bars were not displaying correctly in my browser 
(Firefox).  When I looked at the source for the generated html file I noticed that the 
img tag for all the trans.gif references were fully qualified paths to my local maven 
repository's cache directory.  

I made a simple fix and a patch is attached.
