I think it's due to the jcoverage mechanism that close all at the end of the jvm
execution.

Environment: Windows XP Professional.

Description:
Jcoverage 1.0.7 appears to be leaking file handles on the java source files.
maven console
...
jcoverage
...
<leave this open>
in another window, try to delete/move a file (including cvs update with merge needed!)
and find out that you get permission denied.
close maven console.
delete now succeeds.
