Description:
It would be cool if there was a way to tell the announcement plugin the preferred
remote repository, and have it put in the announcement when the plugin is not hosted
in ibiblio.
Something like
maven plugin:download
-Dmaven.repo.remote=${preferredRemoteRepository}
-DgroupId=${pom.groupId}
-DartifactId=${pom.artifactId}
-Dversion=${versionVariable}
