Environment: When the organization logo is not set in project.xml
Description:
Currently, if the organization logo is not set, it does not appear in the header.
Whereas for the project, it shows a text of the project name instead if the logo is
not set.
It would be great if it did the same with the organization. ie, show the organization
name if the logo is not set.
