Corey, have you thought about submitting this to the xdoclet site instead? If the maven project is really going to have the plugins typically supported by the individual project, then we should redirect questions to those site's mailing list. And same for content.
If you would like, send it to the xdoclet-dev site and open a JIRA issue and I can commit it. I do think we should be redirecting the various xdoclet questions towards the xdoclet mailing lists. I'll do my part on redirecting folks!
