signing jars removes manifest properties such as main-class, class-path, ...
spec versions etc probably too.
Also the maven.jnlp.mainclass is not defaulted correctly as documented
maven.jnlp.mainclass=${maven.jar.mainclass}
Extra issue for docs:
maven.jnlp.signjar.store
maven.jnlp.signjar.storepass
are not optional for the jnlp:generate-keystore
