remove the file in the error so it can be downloaded again. It may have been
corrupted.
If this still fails:
Have you customised the maven.plugin.dir setting at all?
if you have customised maven.plugin.dir or maven.plugin.user.dir, set them to
somewhere outside of the repository (if you haven't done this, don't worry)
does this happen on any project, or just a specific one?
