If anyone decides to work on this, you'll probably want to use either CVS from 
after March 19th, 2005, or Cobertura 1.3 (if it's released).  The structure of 
the XML reports has changed in Cobertura to something that is hopefully easier 
to use, and I think the Maven jcoverage plugin may have used the XML report.
