Hello Dennis, I'm in favor to release the ant plugin.
As you noticed we applied a lot of changes but I waited to have some returns about them. I think that we can close MPANT-7 and forgot for now MPANT-15 and MPANT-19. Some weeks ago I published the doc here : http://people.apache.org/~brett/maven-stage-site/reference/plugins/ant/changes-report.html I'll be able to release it this WE if you want or if there's someone else want to do it before ?
