Ok, if you are happy to do that. I wasn't aware there were changes to
most of those, except changelog. I can take another look at that one,
and will leave the rest to you.

Are there any you wish to do yourself? Otherwise, I'll do them (but I'll
definitely not be able to fix most of the issues in JIRA. I believe it's
still better to release what's already been fixed rather than not releasing
anything).
