Summary: process profiles before repositories are used (was: Add bootstrap
repository configuration to settings.xml)
theoretically this functionality is added. I can successfully add custom repos
to settings.xml
However, the profiles are all processed after the project is loaded, so there
is no opportunity to add repositories for parent pom resolution. This needs to
be corrected.
