Environment:
I'll reconsider this next release, but I'm not entirely confident of doing it
this way in the first place, and it requires somehow resolving <modules> from
being a path name to a g/artifact Id (which would be a good thing).
the workaround is to create a pom that contains deps on all the others which is
quite common anyway. This is how things like the ear plugin currently work too,
so is also tied into the aggregation concept and should be revisited together
