Cleanup Findbugs related directories on ibiblio

There has been a bit of confusion over the past 18 months with regards to the
findbugs maven plugin. This has led to a badly named version being deployed to
ibiblio, as well as a now defunt directory.
The badly named and completely outof date and irrelavant 1.0-SNAPSHOT still
exists
in ibiblio:
http://www.ibiblio.org/maven/maven-plugins/plugins/
There is also this dir, which I wonder if it should be
completely deleted?
