building maven 2.0 webpage is not clear

are missing in order to help beginners.
1/ an hyperlink to JIRA for MNG: to find quickly issues
2/ an hyperlink to Subversion: for those who don't know this new tool
3/ a correction about the environment variable:
set PATH=%M2_HOME%\bin;%PATH%
instead of
set PATH=%M2_HOME%\bin;$PATH
4/ more explanations about the build itself:
as explained in a mail

couldn't build
successfuly maven 2 without installing the alpha 3 version in the %M2_HOME%
directory!
