Add generation of application.xml in EAR plugin

It sems the current version in SVN trunk does not support generating the
application.xml file. It does support adding EAR modules though. Generating
application.xml would allow not having to hardcode the modules nor the version
in the application.xml file. For example:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<!DOCTYPE application PUBLIC "-//Sun Microsystems, Inc.//DTD J2EE Application
1.2//EN" "http://java.sun.com/j2ee/dtds/application_1_2.dtd";>
<application>
<display-name>Simple EAR for testing</display-name>
<module>
<web>
<web-uri>simple-war-0.6-SNAPSHOT.war</web-uri>
<context-root>/simpleweb</context-root>
