Please add something equivalent to MavenProject.addResourceRoot(String) and
MavenProject.addTestResourceRoot(String) to allow plugins to dynamically
include generated resources that can be filtered in the same way as version
controlled resources in src/main/resources or src/test/resources.
This functionality is equivalent to MavenProject.addCompileSourceRoot(String)
and MavenProject.addTestCompileSourceRoot(String).
