add file mappings:
<dependencySet>
<outputFileNameMapping>${artifactId}.${extension}</outputFileNameMapping>
...
This will control the output filenames of dependencies in the set
add line ending and mode handling to both fileSet and dependencySet:
<fileMode>770</fileMode>
<lineEndings>crlf</lineEndings>
