Maven 1.1-beta-1 no longer downloads MD5 sums to local repository

With Maven 1.02, the .md5 sums are stored in the local repository with the
files. They are no longer there for maven 1.1-beta-1. If this behavior is
intentional, maven needs to check md5 sums for itself when it downloads a file.
