POM at http://www.ibiblio.org/maven2/javax/ejb/ejb/2.0/ejb-2.0.pom should
contain the downloadUrl http://java.sun.com/products/ejb/docs.html in
distributionManagement, so that m2 can display it along with installation
instructions.
