At geronimo we are expecting donation in the next few weeks of a fairly complex app that pretty much uses everything j2ee (servlets, jsp, ejb, app clients, web services, jms). If you are interested in taking a look to see if it is what you want I think you can get a preview by asking Matt Hogstrom: matt at hogstrom.org

I think the build is mavenized, but I'm not sure.

thanks

In that case I would be very interested to know where you are going to
post
your article so I can get a copy of your petstore ;-)

Hehe... :-)

Sure, I'll let you all know once it's done. I'll also make the converted code available. In parallel I'm also trying to donate it to those projects
but if it doesn't work out then I'll post it somewhere and link it from
www.mavenbook.org as the goal of this article is to be a complement to the
book.

Hi Vincent,

It's funny I was looking for the same thing. At the end I've decided
to
write my own little application but I found one tutorial that came
close
to
what I wanted. It uses Struts, Session EJB and Entity Beans.
Unfortunately
it's copyrighted.

Thanks Thomas. I have actually almost finished writing the article. I
have
settled on both the Java Petstore and xPetstore. I have converted both
of
them to Maven 1 (I'll probably work on the Maven 2 conversion later on).
