XDoclet 1.2.3 in IBiblio Incomplete

I don't know who maintains the XDoclet 1.2.3 distribution in IBiblio but it is
missing a few jars, most specifically the xdoclet-apache-module-1.2.3.jar which
exists in the regular binary XDoclet distribution but is missing from IBiblio's
Maven repository. Can this be fixed?
