Description:
When the multiproject plugin searches for project.xml files, it finds them even
if they are in directories that are typically excluded, such as a "CVS"
directory.
For example, it found a project.xml file that was not only in <projectRoot>,
but also in <projectRoot>/CVS/Base, which caused it to build the project twice.
I think that the default excludes values from ant should be good enough.
