Allow goals such as "clean:clean" to be specified as "clean"

It would be real nice if specifying a goal without a colon in it (e.g., "clean"
or "site") would check to see if there is a plugin by that name with a goal by
the same name. I think this would ease the transition for some people and
greatly help people like me who can't type worth a darn.
