F5 to trigger re-resolution of the POMs

We would want the POMs to be re-resolved and recreation of the .classpath, etc.
that way, if the pom was upgraded to the next version-SNAPSHOT,
you'd get new versions. configurable on|off, of course F5 is refresh, BTW
