these jar contains custom ant tasks that are part of netbeans build process.
They are reused by the maven-nbm-plugin
(http://mevenide.codehaus.org/maven-nbm-plugin)
their license is SPL (Sun public license, equivalent of Mozilla public license)
for everything that is part of netbeans.org site. The jar is not officially
published for download , but eveone that checks out netbeans from cvs, builds
it automatically when building netbeans.
