incorrect/incomplete jaxme artifacts

My jaxme:xjc plugin doesn't work with the ibiblio artifacts due to missing
version 0.5 libraries. Currently some artifacts are still on version 0.3.
Additionally there seems to be 2 naming conventions so that some artifacts have
a dash in their name and some don't. For example jaxme-api vs jaxmeapi.
So I suppose the fix would be to decide on a naming convention and make
available version 0.5 for all artifacts. Incidentally the libraries direct from
jaxme2 don't contain dashes in their name.
