The project is from Sun. They chose the package name for the classes containes 
in the jar as com.sun.tools.apache.ant, which they obviously control.
Isn't that a proof? Or do you necessarily map the groupId to a web domain, not 
a package class? (Just trying to understand. I am new to this upload process, 
so bear with me...)
