Some maven plugins (stable/latest versions) depend on development versions
instead of stable versions
list of affected plugins (i might have missed some) are listed in attachment
i did a grep on the project.xml files for "dev</vers"
one can also grep the project.xml file of all plugins (in the cache) for
"<version>200"
to find timestamped dependencies
