It's been over 48 hours and the change still hasn't made it to the central repository. This happened a couple of days ago also. The change for commons-logging-1.1-dev in xdoclet that was also made for another issue is also not yet showing up in the repository. I saw the changes are made in SVN and the timestamps of the files have been updated in the central repository but the file contents haven't changed.
