Hibernate dependencies that should be optional

The following are not optional, but should be (according to the Hibernate
README):
* ant:ant
* odmg:odmg (this is not even present in the Hibernate lib directory, should it
be removed?)
* javax.security:jacc (especially important, since it has the evil %##!!
licensing issues)
The following IS required, but is specified as optional, much to my chagrin
when I tried debugging subtle errors...:
* ehcache:ehcache
