-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 what does your components.xml look like? I'd like to compare it against a packaging definition I wrote, to see whether both will cause the error, or what...
I don't *think* you should have to do anything special to handle the clean lifecycle. None of the other lifecycle mappings specify bindings for the clean lifecycle; they all use the defaults for 'clean'. I'll have to investigate this a bit more...can you file a JIRA issue, to help keep this on the radar? - -j Donszelmann, Mark wrote: | Hi John, | | mvn clean:clean | | does not output the error message. | | Is there something special I should implement/specify to handle | the clean (which I want the standard/clean lifecycle to handle). | | The only thing I currently have is a set of plugins and a components.xml | file. | | Regards | Mark | | | |>-----Original Message----- |>From: John Casey [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] |>Sent: Monday, November 14, 2005 12:06 PM |>To: Maven Developers List |>Subject: Re: (Nonexistent component: |>org.apache.maven.lifecycle.mapping.LifecycleMappingnar) |> | This may have to do with the introduction of a lifecycle for | cleaning a project.
