Could MavenReportException extend MojoExecutionException

I am writing a few reports now as part of my overall suit of plugins and have
found myself repeating myself, simply because MavenReportException does not
extend MojoExecutionException.
If MavenReportException did extend MojoExecutionException then my code would be
much simpler.
