Jason, This issue should be reopened as this problem has NOT been fixed.
I could interpret your comment as you are saying you don't want any issues raised by the community unless the person that finds the problem raises a patch themselves, because it is too hard reading peoples descriptions of problems. I find that unreasonable. If something isn't clear you add a comment and the person who raised the issue can follow it up. I went to the effort of documenting the issue and do not appreciate it being incorrectly being marked as fixed and closed and being dismissed as too hard (especially when it is only a documentation problem). The problem, minor as it is, still exists and therefore should be recorded in JIRA as an outstanding issue.
